Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, whole grain English muffin, sliced tomato, coffee and apple juice.

gonna rustle up some Kashi crap that I bought....add some granola to make it tolerable...and forgo the usual blueberries cuz I forgot to get them...and no yogurt either because when I went to open it brand new it was moldy... :(

AND

I'm going to get coffee...cuz it really does make me a nicer person

I have the day off so I am having sweet cantaloupe and English muffins with orange marmalade from Maine. Oh and dark roast coffee.

I like to go out for breakfast on my days off so...

I had cherry walnut pancakes with real maple syrup, scrambled eggs and bacon.

Jacques helped with everything but the pancakes!

An apple... its becoming a theme lol

Cereal with pumpkin spice granola will follow. Oh and I had coffee :)
