Homemade chicken chili even the beans were homemade and the tomatoes.
Note no animals were hurt during this process......no the chicken was not home grown...at least not at my home anyway

3 bean chili con carne I made last month and froze in individual servings
Heated up 4 corn tortillas

I think it was better today than when I first made it

I just finished cooking a piece of skirt steak in a little EVO with sea salt, cumin and garlic powder
Added some pickled jalapenos, carrots and onion to my plate
Heated up a few corn tortillas
Popped the top on a bottle of strawberry soda
Grabbed a single serving of Motts strawberry applesauce

Tonight's dinner is served

Tonight dinner will be baked chicken brest with baked sweet potatos,while the oven was on I may as well bake some taters.Onething about sweet potatos is they dont spike my blood sugar...besides I love them yum,yum...

I had yuca with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

I had homemade by me pink beans with homemade by me sofrito.

I had a scoop of white rice, and

I had a piece of soyrizo.

The first was completely scrumptious. The second was not the best tzatziki I've ever had.

But the owner was a lovely Israeli gentleman who was happy to chat. ;) I'll definitely go back. And it's right in my neck of the woods.
