Happy 4th of July weekend everyone. I haven't had much "me" time lately. Worked an 11 hour shift last night and a 10 hour one the night before. I'm really looking forward to a day off. I do have one bright spot today...I get to webcam with Dixie soon. Then back to work tonight. Day 6 of 11 and getting my 2nd wind. Enjoy your holiday.

I do think that the entire conversation was taken out of context though. I am catholic and teach at a Catholic school and what was said last night by myself, as I cannot speak for others, was all said in fun and not as an offensive comment about any religion. the same comment I made could have been made about not kissing the ring of a mob boss so to speak. I apologize if it offended anyone but, I do believe that there was no intentional offense meant.

So I'm in :canada: and our holiday has come and gone.
I'm supposed to be going to my Mom's this week or something, to visit her and some relatives coming into town. It would be much nicer if Mom lived in town or something, but no, she lives 90 minutes out and I have to take the bus.
I hate the bus.

I guess no trouble for me for a few days.
