He was up. Amazing. He said that he and Parker had a good time going out the night before.

HA! At least he remembers it! ;)

Grin, he knew I'd KILL him if he drank and drove so he had his drinks early in the evening. He doesn't want to lose car privileges. He said Parker is so friendly and outgoing. He wants to be more like that. I told him she must take after her mama. Apparently he got LOTS of phone numbers from gay guys because Parker talked to them! LOL. Apparently she's a really good fruit fly. Who knew!

Or lose his license with a DWI...or lose his life...or lose his freedom for the rest of his life because he killed someone else while driving "buzzed" or drunk. I'm a HUGE enemy of driving after drinking, to the point of being annoying. So good for you for making it clear that will not be tolerated! A brand new 21-year-old, even one so awesome as KC, still isn't equipped have all of his brain properly engaged without a little evil stepmonster help.

I totally agree, Pup. I know he knows all the horrors that could occur. I also know that he knows I am tough enough to remove the car from his grasp should he screw up in this area.

I love him very much but not enough to tolerate that. He was sober when he came home. I know he parked the car and had 2 drinks early in the night. He stopped drinking 3 hours before driving.

I'm 49. I can translate. He had four drinks and stopped about 2 hours before driving.

Now, I would have liked that to have been 5 hours but I also know that he was sober when he came in. He and I had already had the "don't bother chewing gum" talk as well.

:4femme:Can't get that past me at least.

Ain't your first rodeo, huh?

I'd put some kind of laughing smiley or horsey smiley here, but I don't feel like wading through all of them to find one.

Yay get home safe please!!!

Puplove 05-19-2010 10:24 PM

Oiler has a bocce set too....just sayin.
"Game Night" can take on a whole new meaning. Well, like it would have to be "Game Day" until we build that lit washer stadium anyway.

Diva 05-19-2010 10:26 PM

I have always wanted to play Bocce. Is it like Crochet without mallets?

I would think my front yard would be an ideal place to partake of the sport.

When is that stadium going up? Oiler talked me into a donation. Said he'd put my name on a stadium chair.

Or an empty can of beer...

Yep, croquet without mallets, or wickets or any structure that I can tell. And yes, your front yard would work just fine I believe! I'd have to leave that final call to the Bocce experts though.

Sooooo, that's like balls without sticks or holes?

I'm wondering if my grass is too thick....maybe the 'playing course' should be more like golf course grass?

But crochet now......maybe we need a crazy game of crochet at Chez Diva! I'm thinkin' that would be fun!

Speaking of GAME NIGHT, Pup..................... :floatbee:
