Today's lunch was from Jason's Deli...
mediterranean wrap (wheat tortilla, turkey, red pepper hummus, red onion, olives, lettuce & tomato cantalope chunks & big ol' strawberries H2O with lemon on the rocks! |
Pizza Hut...I had a craving for pizza but now I wish I had a salad instead...lol

Peanut Butter & Jelly:
2 slices of white (light bread) 1 Tablespoon of Smuckers Strawberry Preserves (my fave) 1 Tablespoon of Creamy Peanut butter 1 cup of 1% milk |
rotini pasta with grilled chicken and veggies (broccoli, corn, carrots)

My 12yo just made me a bagel with cream cheese because I had coveted his.

Sweet potato fries the de rigueur big ole pickle for dessert raspberry yogurt with some fresh blue berries tossed in YUM! |

*it's my day off today, sooo...*
I'm making a sumptous late afternoon supper for myself today. I'm roasting pork spareribs and making jasmine rice with slivered kale and almonds dressed in pesto and a light and mild, yet tangy, BBQ sauce for the meat.
