Well last night after closing the store, stopped for a few things at the grocery store. Made bread and butter pickles, gave myself a xmas french manicure and texted into the wee morning hours.
Today, I'm at work. And afterwards I'm stopping at the mall and then going home to make candy. Psst..thank you professor for the recipe:) Texting all the while. I'm working the distraction angle ;) |
Its the middle of my night here ..... I had a wonderful evening at an annual holiday event ...... right now, all I can think about is how to get all the hairspray out of the up-do that is now a down-do, and then thinking I should go back to bed just so I can get up and do the balance of my report card comments, and then thinking about the Russian Tea Cookies with chocolate chips recipe that was posted on my FB feed. I figure the cookies will win out!

Packing and cleaning today; having utilities turned on tomorrow and scheduling the movers. I might take a ride to the new place this afternoon and burn some white sage and incense.

My last full day to practise Sheep May Safely Graze before I have the honor of playing on Christmas Eve. Between Bach and my beautiful Manuela Contreras double top, it practically plays itself.

I am in recovery mode after my second stage of lower surgery. My agenda is to take my first shower which is always daunting. Always want to be carefull.

Today, yes today is the day I've waited for since mid-August! A two-day week. A fun two-day week. A fun two-day week for the students AND ME!!! We're making little foam photo frames from a kit and a holiday greeting card. We'll be taking photos and printing them off. We'll do all of this in whatever language we want. There will be a Santa Hat. There will be glitter. Mostly, there will be fun.
And, that's only today. Tomorrow there will be a party with food, lots of food. And movies. In between, there will be a Choco-Mania Party (chocolate that is melted and poured into molds kind of party) for 12 kids that have chosen to sing holiday songs and have diligently practiced every Friday with this teacher. There will also be caroling during the party to other classrooms. Oh, did I mention all of the above activities will happen in the morning with one class of 25+ students and then happen all over again in the afternoon with another group equally as large?!?! Actually, I'm really waiting for Wednesday so I can have copious amounts of :tea: with my Kindle at my side. lolol Deb |
Well, we're waiting for the vet's office to open so we can take our kitteh/furbaby, Henry, in with another asthma exacerbation. He spend most of the night curled up in my wife's arms, wheezing and hacking. She got nearly no sleep. Since I'm a heavy sleeper, I wasn't awakened until 4 am, when I finally heard him coughing and wheezing. :( Hopefully, a shot of steroids will take care of the situation and get him through the crisis. Then begins the training I'm going to have to do to get him used to letting me give him some medicine via an inhaler. Yes, they have those for cats, too, though it takes a bit of practice to get them used to it. ~Theo~ :bouquet: |

then swing by duplex on way home and drop off supplies... then home latte and sunday paper and my recliner..... then get snacks for seahawk game and bring my dad over to watch game... then laid back evening... give some time to my friends. |

I am going to see about getting cowboy boots. My usual shopping style will be: go to try on for brand and size and then go on eBay to buy a pair. I think that I love the boots but spend 200-400 on that is cavalier. So, I will do what I usually and I have gotten some great shoes that way that are very expensive. So I am off on a mission today.

well it was a banner day for this guy, lol. I got the gas cap for my car which, hopefully was the reason for the check engine light going off. I found a pair of brogue dress shoes for $12.00 and I just ordered a pair of kick ass olive green cowboy boots on ebay for all of $39 with shipping. I'm a happy butch here in NJ.

Snow-blowing our drive is first. Then I don't know I do know a hike is in the agenda just not sure where.. Later it is picking up my Goose and she has advised me that she would like to get a haircut and her eyebrows waxed today UGGGG
