i really like when the bright sun shines through the windows. It warms and renews. i like that the evenings are still cool and refreshing rather than hot and sticky. i love the way the dog frolics in the front yard standing on hind legs to get a better view of things. i like the way the cat lays on the sill of the open window behind me. She sings to me the meows of her approval.

Fog, looming gently on the ground, nestled up with the varying colored leaves that have freshly fallen from the giant trees that rise above. The crisp and dampen chill that comes with the wind, pushing it's self between the trees. Smells of cinnamon, and apple mingling with the pumpkins. Lanterns lit, giving off a soft glow just outside doors. I want to be there. |

Cute dresses and sandals. The knowledge that it all gets better and feels worth the effort. Sweet puppy love that never fails to enlarge my heart. Tropical oil that is fragrant and light, gently massaged into my skin instead of lotion. And, the lingering bits of scent that waft around me during the day. Newness |
