Stopped off at mom's and she made.......ham baked in a brown sugar glaze, mashed potatoes and baby carrots :thumbsup: Wish I cooked like my mom :)

I had a cup of creamy tomato soup for my vegetable
4 Saltine crackers for my carb 4 Colby/Jack cheddar cheese sticks for protein And I'm out of apples so no fruit portion :( I have the munchies and I'm 'bout to hit the Halloween candy bag! |

Sachita's potato soup, and my biscuits, served with honey and homemade chokecherry jelly. Yummy!

Chickpea and veggie Bouillabaise with leek and parnsip gratin for me and leek and potato gratin for my cousin.

Right now I am making stock that will be the base for split pea with ham soup.
Garlic cheddar biscuits for desert apple or berry crisp, I haven't decided yet |

They catered El Chico's...So... it was... Chicken/Beef Fajitas smothered in grilled onions, bell peppers Sour Cream Pico Shredded Cheese Chips And Salsa And Im adding left over rotel dip and chips... Tea to drink :) |

Two slices of bread and butter and a handful of mini Butterfingers....mostly because I'm exhausted, aching and feel sick. I did, however, reheat healthy stirfry leftovers for Rooster.
