Currently, I'm feeling a little rough while waiting for the water and meds to take effect. Once they do, I'm sure I'll feel much better.

kittygrrl 05-22-2019 05:54 PM

when is this week going to end?

Better! I got rid of my headache and got both units in the windows and sealed up to my satisfaction. Last night was a late one, unintentionally thanks to YouTube, so I slept late. No alarm so while I've gotten a very late start to the day, I am rested.

FireSignFemme 05-23-2019 04:10 PM

Happy! And considering I'm cutting out sugar and other tasty junk carbs that's amazing!

kittygrrl 05-23-2019 04:28 PM

kinda amazing..

candy_coated_bitch 05-23-2019 08:31 PM

Worried about my little baby cat.

JDeere 05-23-2019 09:47 PM

Exhausted. Physically and mentally as well as emotionally.

I now have a gigantic headache.

Really good. I watched a program and learned of a 101 year old man who ran in a marathon for 7 hours straight and not only finished but get this – without huffing and puffing or breaking a sweat! It was so cool. Not only that but he had two spotters, one on each side to make sure he was okay and you could tell they were very protective of him. It's nice to see something in the media that shows men being caring, nurturing and kind for a change. I'm also feeling great because I learned if I do intermitent fasting I can do most of the hungry stuff while I sleep. Yes it's a 12 hour fast but you can sleep through 8 of it, leaving only 4 hours to suffer. Hey I've had children – I can do this!

I'm okay. It's been a productive weekend. I did tons of yard work with my daughter and mother and that was good for us and my property looks beautiful.

I had friends visit from out of town yesterday and that was nice. We had a good lunch out in the back yard and it was really good to see them.

This morning my family got together to go to my brother's final place of rest. We all brought things to plant. I dug up a few buckets of forget-me-nots from my yard to plant for him. My nephews helped. They were really sweet today.

Now I'm just waiting for my daughter to get home from seeing a friend. We are having a fire in the back yard tonight. The weather is perfect for it.

candy_coated_bitch 05-27-2019 05:41 PM

Well rested. Finally.

JDeere 05-27-2019 06:25 PM

Getting better

Still trying to move on after being fucked over in more ways than one.

cinnamongrrl 05-28-2019 01:05 PM

restless....

I'm getting itchy feet. I want to travel and escape and explore.

Such is the life of a Sagittarius.

But today, nothing feels right. Nothing soothes.

I hate this.

Me, too, though I'm seldom restless. NYC PRIDE and the Dyke Walk are on my mind, but I won't be able to make that one this year. Guess I'll just go to one of the local ones.

Still having neck issues, been having them since I fell down the stairs in February. Even though they ran tests, I just haven't been the same since.

Have you been to a chiropractor?

No and I don't trust them to pop my neck. I can't take a chance if they mess up and I become paralyzed.

You can ask them not to adjust your neck. They do much more than just that and your chance of being paralyzed is about the same as you going into space, for the record. You're far more likely to be prescribed medicine that will cause you physical harm by a general practitioner than have issues with a good chiropractor.

They aren't for everyone and it pays to do your research but I've had chiropractic care for about half my life now and have never had any issues with any of the chiropractors I've visited.

Unless you opt to give them or maybe an acupuncturist a chance, you'll probably continue to feel this way. I'm truly sorry as I know how bad neck issues can be.

I was in a car accident that jacked up my neck muscles/tendons/ligaments and was constantly in pain for weeks until I got into the chiropractor so know that they do do really wonderful things. I absolutely love my chiro.

I hope that you find something that helps.

Much better than last week. Still not back to work yet maybe Thursday if my oxygen level is up.
