Assassinate? And yes, blame Mercury away, I told you it has its advantages!

Yep. Two sets of fives. A ten even.

Well now that you put it this way, yes I can certainly see it. So does that make me a ten?

Ok. You win, you're a better 10 by far. That hair would ruin the angelic look you've got going on.

My connection is a slow as molasses in a January blizzard.

I said blizzard, not Twister.

As enacted in my home over the past 3 hours!

Me: Mom, you said that we would make those plane reservations this morning. It's after five now and it's still not done.

Mom: Okay honey, let's do that.

Me: I fly Continental, do you have a problem with that?

mom: Delta is the only airline that flys non stop into Atlanta

Me: fine, we'll fly Delta

insert 2 more hours of frustration over flights, seat arrangements, systems not working, numerous frustrated arguments, mother falling, step father telling mother to get off the phone, me becoming more and more agitated because fares are going to change tonight, mother saying she'll call back. Mother calls back, has booked her fare and tells me to go ahead and do it as well. MY fare has increased by 100 dollars. Mother tells me to start from the beginning because it just CAN'T be right. Me starting over, it really IS correct. Fight ensues. Mother screaming at me, me screaming at mother to stop screaming at me. Mother insists on paying the amount that has increased (which of course I accept because it's HER fault). Mother then insists that the entire thing is MY fault. Who knows why. Especially since I've been trying to get her to do this for two months and it's now the end of the line (which she admitted at the beginning of the hellish call but can't seem to keep sight of).

Oh yes and during this my mother says and I quote "I will call you back, I need to pour a very large glass of wine". I have NO wine and this makes me even more bitter.

Flight booked.

and this is just the Readers Digest version

FUCK.

That is all.

Oh yes and did I mention that there was NO non stop flight on Delta?

Yeah, uh huh, that's right.

Yeah. So. Uh.
If I was your hair dryer?
I would have attempted to put you out of your misery too.
Just saying.

Honestly, I'm actually sorry that I fought back this afternoon. Had I known I would have simply given in to the assassination. Mm hmm.

Hey. You could always re-gift the hair dryer to your Mother.

So, I watch US TV here with a legal devise called the Slinbox, it hasn't worked for two days.

My son, who is a Gemini, has tried several times to fix it on his end, doing everything we know could get it to work, to no avail.

I finally told him tonight to give it up. I may be able to watch US TV again after May 11th, oy!

I am going to miss tonight's episode of
V : (

Ha! You know, it never hurts to be careful.

As for Glee, I watch that on my local TV when I remember. I really haven't gotten into it yet.
