Fiddler on the Roof
My paternal great-grandmother was from a Shtetl in Western Russia. When I watch this film I think of her and the life she must have had as a young woman before she married (At age 30 she traveled with my grandmother (age 3) and my great-uncle (age 6) following my great-grandfather to this country in 1906). |

"I am not an animal. I am a human being." The Elephant Man has been on my mind to watch for awhile. I haven't seen it since I saw it in the theater back in the 80s when it came out. But that phrase rings in my head sometimes like a bad song. LoL. I need to watch this movie again so I can get it out of my head. If I remember right, it was a hard movie to watch. I got choked up and cried in it. |
