had a few minutes of dee time while Mel was out and i got a nice hot bath, put on some Luther and enjoyed dancing around. Now Mel is home and my life is complete.... Nothing better than kitchen dancing and enjoying time with the one you love. |

Very good. My youngest son's birthday was on the 5th. I extended the offer of a birthday dinner at his favorite restaurant and left it ball in his court. He didn't get back with me in a reasonable amount of time so I sent him a text -
Your coupon for a free birthday dinner has expired. Check your Sunday circular for next weeks deals. He text me back - Lmao lol how are you mom? Which launched a conversation, that left me with a feel good feeling long after we hung up. My oldest came over but I just couldn't stay awake, let alone cook. He let me sleep, made himself a snack, did a reinstall on my computer, quietly played on his laptop until I woke up, and then asked me if I'd like him to make me dinner. :) |

WORK: last day of a very long week of computer fails that resulted in medications not being sent via E-Rx...we met patients needs!
HOME: made my first down payment on major home improvement project/s that have been long over due in attention! (I will not retire as soon as I wished) PERSONAL: I have lost an additional 5 pounds ! (due to stress/lack of food intake/2 mile walks a day?) Anything more would be sausage gravy on biscuits! Ks- |

Long chat with my mom to catch up on a few things. Music because there’s almost always that. Went ahead and got some errands done earlier because I do not like going to the store (shopping) so I wanted it over with. Going through a lot of papers I need to sort out also. And playing games. |

It's been a full day and then some!
Had my eyes tested for new glasses, ran in to do banking, stopped for groceries seeing our cupboards were pretty near bare, stopped for a bite to eat, and finally have arrived home!
The rest of the evening I'll spend going thru mail that has accumulated, catch up on some reading materials, and make a few phone calls. |
It's been a quiet Friday.....haven't left the house the last two days and hopefully I won't for the next two.........

I just finished my sociology final, and on my way there I was held up for about half-an-hour due to an accident which almost made me late for my exam. Then on my way back, I saw 5 vehicles in the ditch including a jack-knifed semi.
