Lazy co-workers! How do you need a brake when you haven't done anything all day?!?

I was miffed by the cable company call-center agent, who first asked my name for verification then proceeded to call me repeatedly by my first name like we'd been best friends since high school. I suspect they are encouraged to do this to establish some palsy rapport and dull any fury you might be feeling towards your cable company. It doesn't work.

My coffeemaker broke. :| I am a coffee addict. I have had this particular maker for a gazillion years. So I dug the back up out of the closet. The back up was a gift from my brother. He asked what I wanted for Xmas one year. I told him, right down to the model number and color. Did he buy what I requested? Seriously, he's man. He bought what HE thought I should have/want. (Just an aside, that's sexism.) So, I unpack this monstrosity of a coffeemaker in black not white as I asked. There are so many buttons and holes and lights that blink at me, I actually had to look at the directions.....look is not the same as read. I'm sure if I actually read the instructions, I could be having a grilled ham, egg, and cheese croissant delivered to me in bed along with the coffee in the morning. I made 3 pots of coffee milk before I went on Amazon and ordered a couple of the coffeemakers I actually wanted. Seriously, never fuck with my coffee. |

Getting up @ 4a. to go across town to babysit my nieces & nephews. Slipping & sliding all the way when I get there I find out thier mom isnt going to work.. ATEXT OR CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE... Got a feeling its not going to be a good day around here...

Completely Pissed Off
My monthly staff meeting where my two bosses decided it would be ok to criticize me in front of all the staff. Then of course covered their assess by saying we hope you don't feel like you are being singled out. Really seriously do not cool...this should have been handled privately especially since all I have gotten for the last 90 days are positive reports on my performance.

Getting a text @ 345a. Followed by a phone call & all u hear is bitching & yelling in my ear.. I ask for them to not yell & calm down I get more yelling & hung-up on then one more text saying Im unreal... Really was I the one drunk & being shitty...

well, it started a couple of weeks ago. But every time I open my hatch back to that cute brand new Soul I have, I'm reminded of that puck size dent. I have no idea where, how, when it happened. No other bumps, scratches or marks. Just pisses me off!

I was and still am pissed off beyond words at my phone company's piss poor excuse for customer service!! I'm furious at their total screw up of two different purchases....then they had the audacity to say it would take 15 days for a refund.
I was ready to POP SEVERAL BRAIN VEINS! I'm still livid at how many crazy inconsistent answers I got and how they couldn't seem to get a simple purchase processed correctly. I was on the phone with them from 8am till 1:30pm....TOTALLY UNREAL... then they couldn't even correctly process the cancels and refunds. Which resulted in 2 more phone calls. Sigh.... vent over... |
Have flat on state interstate. After talking to Gecko for 45 minutes I am informed that the dept of transportation has to tow me and I have to lay out $$$. Pissed

the hotel shuttle was not running last nite, so we took a cab to the shuttle to the alamodome...
we waited an hour for the cab ride back to the hotel ugh! oh and did i mention the hotel was only 5 minutes away? double ugh! |

Ugh, so I'm a member of a norwegian site for lgbt people and it is just overrun with men and couples looking for threesomes. Its so annoying. Its not even a datingsite or anything, its just for forums and getting to know people who are also lgbt and 90% of all the people who contact me are men and couples. And the messages are grossly sexual. One guy asked if he could (and I quote) sell my used panties too him so he could "shoot" into them. One couple tried to get in touch for a threesome, when I asked why in the world they though I would be interested when I explisitly say on my profile that Im 100% gay and not into men or couples, he started going on a pity rant of how hard it was to find women to have threesomes with because all the places for couples where full of sleazy guys. Does he not realize that in this senario he is the sleazy guy. Jezuz. I think its sad that in order to get in touch with other lgbt people in my area I have to wade though a flood of this filth!
Also, I bought strawberries today and when I was going to eat them there was a bug in the box of strawberries- a bug! An icky one! :( |

I was perusing the books at the thrift store... (it's a sickness....I know...) and Im THIS CLOSE to the bookcase...and this woman comes up behind me and crouches down RIGHT BESIDE ME....to dig through a bin of hot wheels... her head was literally inches from my crotch....I froze in horror and just looked down at her and stopped perusing....she just kept right on..... I WANTED to say....you should at least buy me dinner first....but....I was raised not to be rude.... however......*crosses self* I did "accidentally" drop a book into said bin....ok I let a pile collapse into the bin...as a subtle hint....and told her if it would be more convenient...she could take the whole bin out (and away) and go through it...so I wouldnt be in her way.....she just said I wasnt in her way at all..... oh. good. note to self: learn to fart on demand.....cuz....yeah |

Did I mention, 3 projects going on near or at the same intersection? The intersection of highway and country road. State project, county project and grocery store remodel. Now, who didn't get the schedules right? Today add rain and beginning of school! I had to cross just two lights to get to the dentist. I was 15 min late , AND planned for extra time! But that's, ok. Gives me added concert in the car time:) |

reading posts on my fb: parent who also works for the local Y where my younger one is signed up to be CIT this summer, posts about a training her daughter is going to today for staff...(my kid is now in Boston). I never received any emails from the camp about ANY trainings...and now she misses out on a training and bonding experience and will be going with the bare basics of trainings that are left.
Pisses me off, esp. when it comes to kids, esp. when it comes to my kid. |
That my lawyer, who said it would take 90 days from the time paperwork was filed to settle the case, has informed me that there is a hearing in August. That makes 9 months and is no guarantee that the case will be settled. F@cker got paid up front so he doesn't give a shit.
