Well...I stopped by to visit my mom and she had me over to dinner...which was awesome since I hadn't had REAL food all day...just road food since I was running all damn day...
SO My mommy made: Haddock fillets Baked potatoes Green beans and gave me fresh strawberries for dessert....best ones I've had in forever |
I ordered Craigo's tonight Xlg NY thin pizza and house salad
I don't feel like cooking lol I got tiramisu and cannoli's for dessert yum! |

Roasted pecan chicken salad loaded with red & green seedless grapes, grape tomatoes, & celery. I substituted Greek yogurt for the majority of the mayo, using only a tblspoon of Dukes and spinach leaves instead of lettuce...good stuff!

I made a macaroni salad and had bbq'd pork ribs. It was quite nom!

Including.. Ham, artichokes, black olives, sweet baby carrots, sweet red pepper, cherry tomatoes , Italian blend cheeses, with poppy seed dressing. Pretty tasty, my concoction ! However, the green color was missing, cause I forgot the steamed asparagus in the microwave..ooops! Oh and in the middle of all that chopping, I managed to get a pound cake in the oven, so some sliced strawberries can top it! And then I sat down to watch the basket ball game... |

ground turkey with taco seasoning... lettuce and tomato Spanish style rice sour cream and cheese toppings all atop a fried tortilla shell... NUMMY! |
Dinner was courtesy of Whole Foods' deli:
artichoke, red pepper and portobella mushroom salad cranberry couscous red beans and rice Oh, and a two-bite fruit compote tart for dessert. The cookies were just for fun and shouldn't count, right? |

I'm making an Italian style chicken dish in the crock pot...it has mushrooms and peppers in it...then serve it over pasta..yum :)

a little rain and a huge rainbow wont stop me, I was out grilling. Good thing it is a big grill, cause I grilled the whole meal, almost.
Butterfly cut pork chop Sausage zucchini and red potatoes I just love grilled veggies! Enough for dinner tomorrow at work! Baked some oatmeal scotchies. I opened the package and baked them. I'm just not that awesome on a work night..lol |

I got to do it now and again.Tonight we are haveing southern fried chicken,mashed potatoes& gravy,home made dinner rolls.I baked cookies the other day so I gess they can be desert.
