Grilled Greek chicken with greens, yummy.

Last night I had red chicken enchiladas at a little Mexican restaurant up the street, and I swear my coat still smells like enchiladas. So delicious and worth it though.

Huge...I mean HUGE (fills up the whole plate) baked potatoe with butter, fresh cut chives, sour cream, rosemary asiago cheese, some other fancy schmancy yummy cheese, and diced up chicken breast.

Tomorrow's dinner will be the rest of the (also) HUGE chicken breasts on a ceasar salad with homemade dressing. :D

I'm diggin' this being home at 4:30pm, I can make dinner. The Boy may also be overjoyed to not have cold cut sandwiches 5 nights a week.
