Howdy all! Hope all is well in everyone's world today. It's a beautiful day here, mid 80's, nice breeze and lots of sunshine. I seem to have gotten my groove back! Got some good sleep and I'm back training.... all is right in my world again!

Cody glad to hear Karma is better! Welcome to the thread Slade! I am RIMBLMAO right now!!! I am sooo sleep deprived and HATE taking meds. Well I decided tonight that I was going to take 2 Xanax and try to regulate my sleep. Well 3 1/2 hrs and I'm not sleepy. So I get up and look at my pill bottle and realize that I took not 1 but 2 of my stay awake pills lol. SMH...that is MY luck! Maybe tonight will be better for me as I should be up all day haha |
