I had a lovely prime rib, guacamole, red and green peppers and jalopeno sandwich with semi sweet tea.

A small apple with cheese at 3:00pm,way late for lunch to early for dinner.

Summer daze
Platter of antipasto of summer home made bounty: sundried tomatoes, preserved red peppers, caponata, with goat cheese (bought) and rosemary grissini (bought), and a glass of Chardonnay.

It was, deliciously tender roast lamb, steamed green beans and carrots (a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary to the water adds a sweet buttery taste) roasted spicy butternut squash, red onion, bell peppers and courgette, mashed sweet potatoes and gravy.

I had fresh Pears and Cottage Cheese.

My Daddi brought me tuna salad and some pickles at the Farmers Market! Oh and 2 twizzlers!

Kinda late but...
I had chinese food for lunch today and it was soooo good...told my friend about it and guess what he's having for dinner?...lol...yep.
I'd told him I liked white rice in my hot 'n sour soup and he just texted me that he didn't. He's so cute! (I guess I played it up a little too much! lol) |

Lightly toasted Balthazar wholegrain with sweet butter, homemade gravlax, sliced Persian cucumbers, fresh dill, and generous amount of freshly ground pepper, and a Stoly straight from the freezer. Oh! Yes!!!!
