Eating a late night snack, watching netflix and having a little stuffed buddy to hold onto. I feel a lot better after having another talk.

My adorable 8 year old son was still awake when I got home from singing tonight.... He was watching a tv show on netflix and replied to my inquiry about him not being asleep with... how could i sleep with such an amazing series on?

Yes, he really is... and hopefully this means mommy gets to sleep in tomorrow.

Does he get it from you? Or the love parent? LOL I hope you get to sleep in . It would be a nice treat for a saturday.

Good thing

Normally I am too... Grandma was watching him tonight. He was supposed to watch a movie and go to sleep in my bed. He is in bed now. I put him there within 5 minutes of being home.

Sometimes having the right words at the right time is a gift... that's for sure.

It certainly is!!! Unfortunately tonight isn't my night LOL Maybe my charm will reappear tomorrow, somewhere.
