I was leaving work, and decided it was best to find my keys before I got outside...I was digging in my purse, not finding the keys...then found my gum package..yay GUM!...it was empty... :( So then I start digging in my purse to find errant pieces of gum that I was sure must have fallen out of the pack....then I finally found my keys!

It makes you remember, sometimes the best way to find things is to just stop looking for them....

Make that two talks with friends! Calling it a long night/early morning and going to crawl my way into cold sheets next to a sleepy, slumbering, loving husbutch of mine to cuddle until I sail into sweet dreams!

I was up half the night talking with a dear friend from Vladivostok, Russia. This is a triple smile, as she never fails to cheer me up and make me laugh, secondly, that the technology even exists that I could find her AND we don't live in the Soviet days when she definitely could not, and third, that she somehow speaks very good English and I'm...learning my Russian ;).

The sun is bright and beautiful...looks to be an amazing day!

-The SUN is shining
-The four paws are happily playing with a new bag of Tennis Balls and squeaky toys
-I have two days off in a row
-I have been inspired with a new idea for a sculpture
-(and) for the Love of a gracious God and a good woman in my heart (daily).

Looking at my back deck and seeing all of the little bird feet marks in the snow.

I'm sick and she's making my breakast! :)

Getting to say good morning. It put a smile on my face for the entire day!

Pink Glitter Bombs...
 

I helped a friend chauffeur 6 of 10 or 11 Freshman/Sophmore girls to and
from their Winter Masquerade last night. She had the remainder in her
small vehicle. An unexpected request for assistance, but I was more
than happy to assist. Besides, this would be fun (?)...

I was woefully outnumbered .

The sheer cacophony of 6 formally dressed girls excitedly talking all at
once, the peals and squeals of delight at a decibel unknown to
humankind, was almost more than I could bare...

But then...the K-Pop. I was formally schooled in the virtues of Korean
Pop Music as they sang out loud, outlouder, OUTLOUDEST seemingly
word for word. I walked into the lions den when I said "I didnt know
you knew Korean, what're you singing?"

The very fact that I opened my mouth was met with that absolute
incredulous look that only a 14 year old young lady can deliver...
"I dont know, buts its my favorite song EVER ! "

And the pink glitter-bombs...a glitter explosion obliterated the inside of
my SUV. If glitter was a protected species, I'd be on the top-ten most
wanted list.

...pink glitter...god help me.

I didnt cook my own breakfast this morning. YYYYYYYYeeeeeeeessssssss. But can I just say house of pancakes has to many choices for a guy half asleep. (lol)

I stopped into McDs today on my way to work to complain about my icky tea from yesterday....

I marched in, tea in hand, ready to do some cussin'....

Then the manager, an adorable lil baby butch, comes up to me and asks if she can help me....

I tell her of my previous day's trouble getting my tea made correctly and she apologizes very sincerely and asks me how I'd like my tea and makes me one herself.... :)

She added ice, when I didn't want any...but hey...she's a cute lil butch and they can get away with stuff like that :sunglass:
