Today I see excitement and beauty in my own personal journey inward. Personal growth makes my life worth living. There is nothing like the feeling of expanding from within. Self-knowledge is truly the road to a kind of realization of what life is really all about. I am my own personal road map. By solving the seemingly complex problems that life has presented me, I come closer to myself and my Higher Power. My sense of purpose in my life comes from an inner recognition and alignment with the beauty in life and an acceptance that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. My life is for me to enjoy. (f) |

I choose a peaceful and calm spirit.

Yesterday is over.
I will not 'beat myself up' over what I may have done wrong ~ in my eyes and/or in the eyes of others. I will forgive myself, whether they do or not. Today is a new day and I will make it ~ and me ~ better than yesterday. |
I will live this day so I have no regrets at days end. I will show up, be present, and seek moments of joy.
