A day off with my babe yesterday enjoying each other's company, laughing, shopping and doing laundry together and I'll be smiling today. Picking her up from work to go for a lunch date and giving her the rest of her Vday gifts. Having Friday and Saturday off and more time with her. :hk2:

.. a phone call with a very special someone just made me smile.... ...what a nice surprise was.... :)

I gave a Doctor Who valentine to my sweetie. I got a Gollum one back. WIN:wine:

Getting a card and a kiss in bed from my darling little girl :-)

Finding a beautiful Ralph lauren silk champagne coloured fitted jacket, that looks really good on, at tkmax at a tenth of the RRP. Smiley inside.

Watching my little girl measure two cookies carefully against each other before handing the one she judged smaller to her friend :-)

2 flower arrangements waiting for me when I came out of my meeting.

Falling asleep and snorting myself awake during the training and a coworker covered for me saying.." she wasn't asleep!" I had drool on my face. I fell asleep because I woke up with a stiff neck and popped a muscle relaxer.

I found a Valentine in my lunch.

My desk is covered in little gifts and cards from staff and clients.

Getting many Valentine's Day surprises ready for the ones I love....

Set up a nice surprise for my mama for when she got home from work... A bouquet that I helped put together my self (and it came out nice!) some nummy chocolates and a funny card...and of course balloons!

My oldest got: A stuffed animal and the only candy she likes, Reese's pb (in egg form) and a gift card to go to dinner at her favorite restaurant....

And my honey I got.... can't tell since he is not home yet lol But I know he is going to like it :)

And for me, I was gonna get my hairs cut, but I ran out of time....mayhaps tomorrow :)

AND if that weren't enough smiles....my mama is bringing us home Puerto Rican food! yayyyy Mom! :)

As soon as I'm done painting this room I'm heading home. I shall report what I got if it of a pg nature lol

There is so much to smile about today!!! Of course, I have a lot of reasons to smile everyday!

I got up and made myself coffee and breakfast, went to go out the door to do my paper route and I found a brand new camping pack on the step with a bow on it FILLED with the most wonderful VDay gifts from my friends *S

There was even a trail of mini glow sticks made into a heart. It was really cute.

I got to work to find flowers there and my boss got all of the employees chocolate!

I had a fantastic lunch, my head was filled with daydreams and I have been so excited all day!!!!

ok what made me smile today please understand it has been one of those days where everything just about has

first I got to wake next to the most lovely, sexy beautiful lady in the world ms cinn

I got to hear her tell me happy valentines day for the 1st time even though every day is a day full of love with her in it.

I came home to now get this a NEW smoker grill and rib rack. OMG i cant wait to throw some ribs, chicken, turkey, ham damm even a veggie or 2

getting a card from my baby girl to her daddy

however I KNOW the biggest smile has yet to come and that is when I get to see ms cinn tonite and hold her tight

Preparing a dinner menu!! Having the opportunity to fix dinner for my beautiful fiancée next weekend and having several ideas/options to consider.

Yes, the General will eat too but she doesn't get into the new and unusual so easily. She may be having mac n' cheese and a homemade jac burger. :eating:

Good news from the vet! Cricket is now heart worm free! She can be spayed and have her teeth cleaned...she is going to be on steroids for her skin condition, but the doctor feels that the lumps in her belly are mammary in nature and should resolve when she is fixed....

Staff: we still have a few kids not wanting to eat lunch
Me: So tell them to get down here to the kitchen
Staff: I've tried
Me: *walks to the common area* Get your tiny little asses down to my kitchen and eat! I didn't cook this food to have to pack it away in the fridge!! :mohawk:

*after kids all rushed down the hall*
Me: I do believe you might wanna mop up the piss trail they left behind :superfunny:
*returns to kitchen leaving staff speechless*

I woke up happy with a spring in my step!

Today was busy at work but not so much that I didn't get a break now and then. I had a delicious homemade lunch, enjoyed a nice walk to the bus while daydreaming, and my mind was feeding off of my floating energy to successfully assist my plans with current/future projects. I finished the grocery shopping in an hour and I managed to save about 65 dollars to get through the rest of this month and part of next.

Did I mention how nice it feels to get a hot shower after a long day?

I am now going to relax, put away the food and enjoy some dark chocolate and tea.
