Wearing: deep yellow, with red floral print long sleeved, scoop neck dress top over black leggings with deep yellow sun socks, red Mary Jane shoes, big red beaded choker necklace, red rose drop earrings, hair styled prettily, a tiny bit of makeup and deep ruby red lipstick. Jacket scarf and knit hat ready to wear when I leave for work. Gloves too.

Eating: I had a small serving of vegetable hash with spicy sausage with one egg over easy. No toast, but I did have half of an avocado.

Drinking: water. Cup of tea on the side.

Listening to: nothing but the air purifier.

Latest health news: I’m glad I got the newest updated Covid vax and that I got my measles booster less than 5 years ago and that I’m up to date on all life saving vaccinations for a person my age, but I’m going to get another vax for flu and prevention of other illnesses that affect one’s lungs before my health insurance is ripped away — since public health agencies are being destroyed by you-know-who.

Stocking up on: fresh clean water. More paper products. More cleaning supplies. Now to find toothpaste that has no lead or carcinogens. I don’t like baking soda for cleaning my teeth— it scratches and damages your teeth.

Latest complaint I overheard near the dairy aisle: “the food chain supply is being torched, you can’t just assume the food you buy is safe to eat”
