Yes, usually that Christmas Card Exchange is done separately from this thread.......if my old memory serves me correctly.

The holiday greeting card is a separate thread on BFP - it's not part of the Penpal thread. Usually whoever is willing to be the wrangler (you, perhaps?) resurrects the thread from the previous year and starts a new round of address gathering, etc. from everyone on BFP.

This is a winter holiday post secret round wrangled by moi. You can make all your postcards the same or all different. Postcard size can be whatever, just don't do anything crazy or heavy.

Please don't send me anything from a smoking home, perfumey, or with unsealed glitter

I finished mine this weekend. I kept them anonymous because I felt the secret might make others look askance at me... but then again, it wouldn't be a secret if that wasn't the case! Oh, and... sadly you all know my aesthetic style and handwriting by now so I'm not sure how secret it's going to be :D

To find using keyword search use advanced keyword search. The same two words in general search yielded nothing relevant.

I finished!! My secret isn't very juicy but I'm happy with how the cards came out. I will confirm when they are actually in the mail.

Well...I've moved out onto the breakfast bar for a glue down session! I'm doing a little of this and a little of that. Not far from being finished...lol

Mine were sent out yesterday by registered mail. No signature by recipient required but allows packages to be tracked. Expect two small packages. Inside - one plain envelope and one with writing on it for each participant. I forgot to enclose the participation fee after sealing up the boxes so that's on it's way in a separate envelope.

Oh I forgot to add - two of my secrets are true and one is half true. Have fun guessing :)

Omg, I had my postcards and $5 bill in my purse all ready to go to the post office today. I had errands downtown, walking on foot. It was soooo fucking cold I thought I was going to die. The p.o. was last on my list and was just like I...can't.....make.....it. I turned and went home. I saw on the news it was 3 degrees with wind chill! No wonder. I will try again tomorrow.
