A fun random conversation with my boss made me smile today too - seeing him so excited for his daughter to visit this weekend. Of course thinking about my crushes when the opportunity arises always makes me smile!

I am smiling because I got a two texts. One from a friend saying that I am not exempt from snuggles and another from a friend who I will be renting a room from. She's not going to let me pay for April and part of may! She also has agreed to enter an application with me for a contest type deal.

Getting out of class in enough time to get to a meeting-falling into the arms of someone safe and being held while I cried. Lunch with my sponsor and talking -rubbing my dogs belly
Lastly talking to a new comer at the mtg to acknowledge her presence despite the emotional place I was at and having her thank me for my honesty and tears when I shared in the mtg... BFers and your support during this time thank you all sooo much- It is felt, cherished and remembered. |
He did... i love how He teases with me over the phone at work. He makes me laugh and giggle. i cant wait to be in His arms again. i hate being away from Him even for a day... :rrose:

Being surrounded by noise and people while my thoughts were completely focused elsewhere. It made me smile tonight!
I really loved getting out and being able to show off my pool skills which are actually visible now and then. |
Watching Spongebob with my 6 yr old grandson after school today. Our favorite show. :)

I forgot to mention enjoying homemade oatmeal cookies that a friend gave to me and a cup of tea. I should put another pot on later.
Nothing will remove this smile from my face tonight but a glass of wine couldn't hurt just in case. |

Last night I got a phone call from one of my foster daughters, who has since been adopted with a wonderful single mom. She invited me to her basketball game today. We chit chatted, asked her if I should bring my Pom poms, I could just feel her eyes roll thru the phone. Lol..we ended the phone call, with, I will see you there and then she says...I love you...oh how the tears are still rolling when I think of that. You never know the impact you can make on a child, until you try. My heart is so happy :) |

The burst of flavor from my morning tea, the sweet aroma of fruits, veggies and baked goods at the market, floating all day and drawing in all kinds of happy energy, thinking about my friends, that first cup of strong coffee, samosa's, new clients and getting to have a conversation with a few people I am starting to recognize at the market :) |

The letter I received from the state for the position I have worked so hard to get. It is here and finally coming to fruition and I am scared as hell. *Sighs.

So now goose and I are hanging out before I have to take her home :moonstars:
