Five good things
1) Being able to sleep on my left side, now that I've had a couple months of PT for my shoulder
2) Falling asleep, giving in to total relaxation and blankness 3) That endorphic rush when I start my reps on one of the stationary weight machines 4) The smell inside my new car, like happiness and freedom 5) Walking into a clean kitchen in the morning, and the coffee is waiting |
Five good things...
1. Finally being able to let go of past loss
2. Clean car, scooter, and dogs 3. 'Sorta'...becoming 'Yes' 4. Bees 5. The ability to just 'be', and have that be alright |
