- i haven't drank in years and years.. - i had ONE tall daquiri with a hella lotta rum, and drank it far too fast. - sniffing the cap of the rum would have sufficed.. - my dear cousins took great pleasure in my slight intoxication entertainment. - i'm a cheap drunk apparently.. - errr, correction... inexpensive drunk! (or maybe affordable?) eh, they work! lol.. - much as i didn't want to go, i have to admit, i'm grateful for the 'push' and had a pretty good time...*smiles* |

I confess I am awake this morning.
I confess that is an unusual feeling of late. I confess I love my honey in spite of himself. LOL I confess he is milking his minor out patient surgery for all he can. I confess I have cooked everything in my repertoire and will now resort to take out. I confess today is going to be a wonderful day because I say it is. I confess yesterday I was once again reminded just how small this world is. I confess I would rather the small world reference didn't include a person I am not so fond of, and must interact with, being friends with a person I have shared personal things with. I love getting her phone calls, texts, emails, cards, letters. Just the sound of her voice makes me smile She is the first girl to ever have me so intrigued I just might get on a flight to California soon :) That says something because Ive never flown, and if you have known me for any length of time you know I dont do long distance nor would I have ever flown for anyone... :) |
i confess ..
- my vacation is near over, and although i wasn't as good to myself as i'd planned, i was not bad to myself either, so i'll celebrate that! - i WILL, however, implement my plan to be good to myself, as an everyday thing, and find one good thing each day to do for me, because i deserve it. - my vacation was about reconnecting with family & loved ones, quality time with someone that has become a vital part of my everyday♥ & ensuring my Nanny G is settling well in her new home and spending time with her so she does so with ease.... - i own an electric can opener that is exactly one year and one month old...almost everyday, i try to USE said can opener, but i think it must come with secret code, be darned if i can use it... my children have tried to show me, my mother has tried one day when she was over...it just HATES me.. the can opener is on the island counter, not far from window... i also confess the can opener gets closer and closer to the window.. and one day, i WILL push it the frig OUT and i will smile watching it fall to its 2 story death and will take great pleasure in watching each tiny piece that helped this sucker torment me for over a year now, break apart!! - i am craving poutine lately...(fries, cheese, gravy)... but i'm being a good girl.... - i am not much of a restaurant eat out kinda girl.. i love home cooking & baking, and really enjoy doing so... i do, love restaurants for evenings out once in awhile...being able to dress up and be treated, is a wonderful thing... - i do not mop my floors..i am a hands and knees washing 'em kinda girl.. i'm a bit of a clean freak.. i do own a mop, but its more used for quick spills and the front stairs... but even so, it's rarely used for that anymore...i also rarely use my dishwasher...only when i'm working alot and really busy...i actually love & enjoy doing housework.. |

I picked up a bottle of Delsym from the pharmacy and that helped out a lot. I love to go thru stuff and get rid of the old negative stuff.

This has been a hard last twelve months for me. There are days, when I wish I could get those months back. I am almost 80% packed and my room looks bare. There are days when the neighbors pitbulls scare the daylights out of me, but lastnight, those dogs were awesome! I owe them a milkbone. Zimmy |
Delsym didn't work for me... neither does Robitussin or Dayquil. It's weird. The only thing that really helps, is cough syrup with codeine.

This next work week cant go by fast enough..SPRING BREAK! Yay! 1 week off and I just cant wait! I have been forgetting how to spell words and it drives me insane!! I have been dreaming of deep fried oreos and snickers...YUUUMMMMMMMM!! I often laugh at inappropriate moments and things. I love carnival food even though I DO NOT want to know what goes on in their little kitchens. |
I confess that it has been far too long since my last confession...or really any activity from me on bfp.
I confess that life exploded in my face...and I'm still spinning. I confess that my anniversary trip was amazing..and I can't even tell y'all how much I needed to feel the sand between my toes & the ocean caressing my skin! I confess that winning $211.00 on a $.60 bet at the casino felt like a HUGE win! :) I confess that when we got home, my wife was sweet enough to give me her stomach flu/throat bs. I confess that when I was beginning to see the end of that I threw out my back. I confess that one of our closest friends died this week and I still haven't come to any kind of terms with it. I confess that's all I have energy for right now, but I will be back more often again! :) *I confess that "more often again" doesn't quite sound right, but it'll do!) ;) |

It's wonderful to see all of the Bikers in town for Bike Week! It's been a gorgeous weekend down here. I applied for several jobs and I am hoping to here back from them.
