A couple of things made me smile today, firstly my pup bounding down the hallway and non-chalantly going into my neighbours place as she opens the door, and she is so gracious about it because she adores him. Secondly, another neighbour knocks on my door and gives me a freshly baked apple crumble which satisfies my sweet fix that I've had all weekend. I live in a wonderful place~

A little ole church lady...her name escapes me right now. She is so sweet and soft spoken and was with a few friends. They piled in her car with a license plate that read, " get in, sit down and shut up" .

Well, we have a new cashier at work... One of my other cashiers called me and told me the new girl looks like me.. I politely declined.. She followed that by "Don't worry, you're hotter than her!"

I about died laughing. I hope she was just being flattering and is not crushing on me :blink:

Got an early acceptance into my program of choice, with advanced standing, at my University of Choice.
Finished the application for an international internship (Africa).

Floating in my thoughts, an hour of calm at work, a very cute thank you from a regular at the shop, still smiling from yesterday, a sunny mild day for walking and more cake!

Finding out that Ruff and I were approved for our new apartment!!!! No more living in a unsafe place for us! If I had known about how unsafe our current apartment was, we would not have moved in!
