Made a connection with a masseuse here where I live - and, she can speak some English! WOOT!

(note): as I have written before - and told on my (ownself) essentially that I can't dance - I mean (not) a single lick... (so to speak) ...
During a recent conversation (with her) regarding my lack of ...ahem (skills) in that area...I was talking about how when I was in high school (WAY back then) - that I was always in the school spring musical - but my lack of (dancing) skills was well known (even then) - they always just gave me a (stool) to sit on - while everyone else danced - and I just sang - and they left me out of the whole choreographed chorus line stuff...lol :) (and) yes... you are so patient with all my rambling - but I do have a point...I'm getting to it... :) Now...I like to consider myself a pretty tough guy (at least on occassion) ...and would never in my life consider certain things as an option or would even in my (wildest) dreams consider doing... I mean like (ever)....for instance say... actually (taking) dance classes or something like that.... SO...here goes: Me: Well...it's not that I (wouldn't) dance - it's just that any rhythm I have stops at my ankles... She: Well, we should take a ballroom dance class or something like that - because (every)one (really) should know how to dance - (even) just a little... Me: (frozen) momentarily in silence at the words "class and ballroom dancing" - but, I recover quickly and say... "absolutely" ... you are right. Let's do that. Now...here's the part that makes (me) smile... i (actually) will take a dancing class - (just) for her - so that I can (dance) with her...the things one will do - when absolute love is involved - continues to amaze me every day - (and) yes, I know I write a lot - but (her) love for me - continues to amaze me every day ... and again - how can that (not) make me smile...and the dancing - where do I sign up? :) So, as I have come to discover (and) happily so - the words ... "no, I won't do that" - NEVER and I mean (ever) occur to me... and here's another secret ... (but don't tell) - I would even eat meatloaf if she asked me too... :)! So, for you my amazing lady - this is for you - because: My lady's presence makes the roses red, because to see her lips they blush for shame. - (H.C.) |

This warms my heart. Because in love, you will do things you never thought or saw your self doing, just to be close to them. Watch, she will do the same. Yeah, I'm just sappy at stuff like this. I'm a fan of this love story I get to watch.

My Darling sent me a bouquet of white stargazer lilies in a beautiful mercury glass vase for our anniversary; about half of the lilies have opened now, they're gorgeous and filling my house with their fragrance. :)

He loved the homemade corned beef and cabbage and raved about it, as he does most meals I make. :) He is very appreciative of the fact that he didn't have to cook it. (f)

My friend, my daughter and I watched 50 First Dates tonight with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. It was so cute and so funny. I loved it!
