I am just relaxing after an evening out with several girl friends:
We went out for a light supper and to walk through an art show, in town.

I woke up really early - I am enjoying my coffee - printed off my Michael's coupons (look out store :|) - finished making my grocery list - and I watched the world wake up (pretty cool, I have not done that in awhile).

Deciding what to do next.

I didn't want to drive to San Diego for Pride (yeah, I still have issues with driving on the highway), so I decided to take public transportation (brilliant idea, huh?) and my friends were gonna meet me at Horton Plaza.

Well, just as I was getting comfortable on the bus (had a window seat), one of my friends called to tell me it was raining and pouring and they were gonna stay home. :( So, I got off the bus, gave someone my day pass, and came home. Now I'm all dressed up with no where to go. I'm going to treat myself to a nice breakfast at Charlie's then I'm gonna go and find some trouble to get into on this rainy day.

It's raining and pouring here, too. Still, I'll find something to do other than chores or some goofy DIY project!

It's a shame we don't live close to one another. I am totally in the mood to get out and go, but a certain someone is wanting to be lazybones today.

Drying my toenails, watching GMA, and waiting for a Dr. appointment.

I'm drinking my 2nd cup of coffee and waiting for the rain to stop so I can go for a good long walk.

I didn't sleep hardly at all last night...

Luckily I only have to work 2 hours today...yipee

I was winding down the evening with some time in the chat room. Those folks are very entertaining for those of you who don't go in. lol!

It's a great way to clear your mind before going to bed.
