Today I will listen to and feel the quietness that the universe offers.

Today I have been in my garden. I have cut and removed limbs, trimmed hedges, and planted some beautiful hostas. I am a creator. My outdoor pets love me, and I know this by when my hummingbirds come and land on my shoulder, and rest a while with me. We talk, listen to each other, and communicate. It is a blessing. |

Today, I choose to break the shackles of “I can’t” and “I don’t deserve.” I light my inner sky with fireworks that proclaim my power to co-create a better, bigger life with the Universe as my limitless source.

I easily digest, assimilate, and release the things which no longer serve me.

Spirit within me supports my expression of being open and ready to learn and grow with ease and grace. I rejoice in knowing that suffering is not part of my divine inheritance!

I am grateful to know that my perfection is never diminished by my human experiences of the moment. I allow the universe to support me as I travel my life’s journey, accepting and giving help whenever it is needed.

I will continue to put positive energy into the universe. I will not take lightly other's emotions and pain. I will continue to transition into who I want to be.....where I will lay my head down at night knowing that on "this day" I have been compassion, sympathetic, understanding, loving, forgiving, encouraging, and kind to at least one other person who crosses my path.

On my old path I was lost. No longer lost, I NOW choose a more direct path to higher awareness.

Every day, I remember that when I stumble, I have the strength and the will to get up and get going one more time, every time.

I am pleased with myself for making healthy lifestyle changes. I succeed because I want to succeed. I do not compete with others, but only challenge myself.

I open myself to greater good and share that good generously with all. I am blessed beyond measure.
