Arwen 09-17-2010 10:41 PM

I'm tentatively calling it Arwen's Faux Menudeaux.LOL

Beef
Onion
Carrots
Can of Black Beans
Can of Ro-tel tomatoes, original
2 TBS garlic (last in the jar)
2 jars of garlic water
2 cans of Bean water
2 cans of Ro-tel water
Liquid Smoke (not too much please)
Salt

In the crock pot for 6 hours or so. Broth is VERY tasty. I'm a broth person. Meat is tough. Would have benefited from browning but I didn't have time. I used two big onions. TOO MUCH...even for me.

cara 09-17-2010 11:58 PM

I'm not telling what I had for dinner 'cuz it was sooo bad for me.

Arwen, please come help me learn how to cook! :)

:stillheart:

P.S. I can, however, bake...I've got two loaves of banana bread in the oven right now for a potluck tomorrow! :)

I'll be right over. I love to cook. I often cook on the "what the heck do I have on hand because I'm so broke I can't pay attention" method.

I also post recipes on my tarot blog--no really!

pajama 09-18-2010 12:07 AM

When I get around to it in about another couple of hours.....sausage/egg/cheese microwave biscuit and an apple.

Corkey 09-18-2010 12:12 AM

YUM @ cheesecake

Gemme 09-19-2010 11:33 AM

Tonight is a toss up. It could be sausage with sauted peppers and onions (very likely) or alfredo (less likely) or take out (unlikely).

sweetbutch26 09-19-2010 11:44 AM
