When I can sit outside every night, cozy on my deck or next to burning embers of the fire pit, to star gaze, follow Orion and the moon, watch fireflies and listen to spring peepers keep me company .... without worry that my alarm will go off before the sun comes up.... Okay so our waterfront here gets concerts all summer long. Each year the artists keep spreading the word to one another and the acts keep getting better over the past three years. Massive mega artists like Tim McGraw, Melissa Etheridge, and the list goes on and on that have been here already... This summer is no different. I found out we're getting the Beach Boys on their return tour and Rascal Flats, for starters!! Yeh buddy... pretty freakin exciting!! Definitely something to look forward to!!

After working in the health care field for so long, not to mention the pain I've seen family and friends suffer... I'm looking forward to a world with no pain. It might be a pipe dream.... but I'm looking forward to it.

We just tried on our wedding attire (hers just arrived from J Crew) and then stood in front of the mirror with our mouths hanging open. This is really real!!! And we looked fabulous!! :) :)

- finishing this OA workbook and working these steps, and feeling the comfort and inner peace that will come along with the hard work & challenges...Still on Step One, and already working through some hard things - so grateful for this Recovery Journey, and the lessons that comes with it..
