I'm making garlic-lemon chicken in the crock pot, which I will serve over angel hair pasta. I'm also cooking some sautéed, fresh green beans and will whip up a salad. :)

I am eating sauteed mushrooms, red and orange peppers, zucchini, yellow squash and stir fry pork in a ginger and minced garlic dressing and dressed with crumbled feta.

I have a small portion of chili with shredded 5 blend cheese in it.

My home smells sooooo good right now!

We had roast pork and sweet potatoes last night.

I just prepared tonight's dinner in the crock pot: boneless skinless chicken thighs, garlic, unsweetened coconut milk, and green curry paste.

Turkey breast rubbed with salt and pepper then roasted with cut up butternut squash, carrots and a sweet potato. I thew in a little sage for good measure.
A glass of Viognier white wine by Vina Cono Sur. I don't usually like white wine but this was delicious.

Tonight I desided sence I have been cooking things that will be easy clean up, toningh I will fix swedish meat balls over rice with a mixed greens salad topped with a bit of blue cheese...the dressing will be lite raspberry dressing. I dont usely fix a desert but may do that,it needs to be lo-call-lo carb since there is rice in the meal.

Tonight we'll be having thick cut pork loin chops slow cooked all day with dijon, onion, garlic, potatoes, and thyme. With cubed sweet potatoe tossed in olive oil and spices and baked. With green beens, cooked somehow. And maybe sliced tomatoes. I don't know.....

My company eats alot of veges. :)
