The *thunk-thunk-thunk* of the hammer as the lights go up around the house. The wiggling nose and wagging tail of a 10-year-old, 4-legged friend who can't see the tree so good but darn well knows which packages under it are for her :)

Santa Claus is Coming to Town
 

My Santa Elf hat and face paints all ready to go. Today is the Children's Christmas Party at work.

I get to see those bright little eyes and smiles when they see what I have painted on their faces, then when they come back for more, on thier hands, then their arms. :)

After today, I only have one more day of work... and 3 more days till I am on my way to being in paradise!

I got my evaulation today. And I will be receiving a huge raise starting Jan 1st. Yaay for me. I need it in the worst way.
