I love it when my professional peers [photographers] ... those that are earning their living as photographers, those that have made a name for themselves, those that I admire and have followed on various websites and or print magazines, those that blow me away with their eye, skill and talent - friend me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter. I know it's kind of lame and even weak but it's also a lovely confirmation by someone you look up to that says without verbally saying, "I like what you do too." It just makes me smile. And this morning, one of my favourite photographers did just that.

Coming home yesterday from work and finding three new pots of flowers from Ruff :) I read all of the tags so I know how to care for them! Looking forward to moving next month to our new apartment :) :) Movie night with Ruff last night after lunch and ice cream before work. Coming home to seeing how Ruff spoils our Babygirl pup! Hy put rose body cream on the back of her neck :)

Coming Home
After being away from home much of the time during the last few months, it felt so good to land here on this beautiful Spring day and spending it raking, sweeping, vacuuming -- coming home, and shaking out Winter.

A man I work with brought his sweet 2 week old foster baby to visit this morning. She is a tiny little bundle of sweetness. Itty bitty little fingers and ears.*sighs* She was 3 lbs when she was born two weeks ago. She was a little over 4 today. I have never held a baby so light. I had a hard time giving her back.

Can't pick just one....I'm up from Louisville, visiting my best friend and her kids in Michigan. When I got here, the youngest was so happy to see me, when the older kids got home from school they were, too....getting an upset 4 year old to go to sleep with me in the recliner while his parents were at work, and my Cards beating Michigan tonite for the championship....IT'S BEEN A GREAT DAY

White Balloons
I had white balloons left over from a fake snowball prank I pulled on April Fools, so I blew one up for the kitty. She ran around with it in her mouth like a toy, and I couldn't stop laughing because I knew what was going to happen next. Ha.

Out of nowhere, I received an email with a bunch of old childhood photos attached. Unfortunately, I don't have access to any family photos, so it was such fun to get to go through them and have a great laugh and reminisce!
