Going for groceries and getting “lost” together...so much laughter!

Reason yesterday...

I finished my MAP training. I got a 90% on my pre test and passed my med pass....all on the first try!

Now I can sit for my test and get certified. It's a requirement for my job so I'm super glad to get it out of the way....

Attending a training session, followed by the AGM, of the derby league I'm in. Watching the rookies play Daisy - they were so good! - and the A-team doing their practices. It made me feel really happy. It's been a good day!

Seeing my cat eating! She has been sick for weeks and I've been feeding her bone stock and cat milk through a syringe every three hours, over nights, you name it. The last 48 hours she has started eating solid food on her own again and is starting to wander around the house again instead of sleeping in her carrier crate - which is all she's been doing for weeks. Today she ran over to the bowl of dry cat food and ate and ate and ate. Yay!

Having a great time out, but being overjoyed to come home to my butch and our kitty.

Ya Bud, it's the "so much more" that jacks up that sales receipt.

Getting a tour of our choice for a wedding venue and standing under the gazebo, thinking of her walking down the aisle towards me.

The venue is perfect in every way.

Yes, everyone in Texas is so kind to me maybe it is because my hair is graying. I was at Dollar Store when I dropped my change and a big rough around the edges young man bent over to pick up my change and handed it to me. :)

The kindness of strangers always amazes me.

I hate it when someone calls me "old timer" as they rush over to help me!

Example; Me trying to haul the tree out of the truck of the car "Hey Old Timer let me give ya a hand with that"!

No one has ever called me old timer but I am younger than you. Haha!
