Wow, that 18 holes of frisbee golf on Sunday were a little harder on the ol' bod than I thought they would be. This walk will do me good!

at 12:45 a.m. CRAP that was loud. Gosh, it actually scared me. This thunder is louder than a prairie thunderstorm! ..... at 3:14 a.m. *groan .... awake again ..... it's going to be a long day ..... 4:05 a.m. ...... soooooo tired but not sleeping, okay, let's check out FB! Now, THREE cups of :tea: later ..... I'm still up and need to think about getting ready for my day!

Every other day I'm up at 8 am, but today I really would love to sleep til 10 am, but guess what...I have to get up at 8 for an appt. Crap!!
