I made eggs over hard....emphasis on hard...when i order at restaurants I ask the waitress to underline it...I cannot even SEE a bit of underxooked egg...but I digress...

I had a cup of coffee, two slices of toast with peanut butter and an orange, I'm not much of a breakfast person but do know I need to eat something.

Toasted bagel with cream cheese and a Venti shaken black ice tea, no syrup, 6 splenda. It is the same thing I have every single day.

Oatmeal with chopped apples, chia seeds, walnuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, unsweetened coconut milk. It's delicious, lots of good (complex) carbs, holds me till lunch time.

Probably eggs and turkey kielbasa. I forgot to get bread yesterday. But I DID remember to bring the eggs in so they didn't freeze...
As well as my cleaning products...for the same reason. Im on a roll! |
Two organic brown eggs scrambled with almond milk and shredded cheese, bacon jerky, a small bowl of fresh blueberries and halo segments and a small glass of low acid oj to drink.

protein smoothie.....6 oz. unsweetened coconut milk, 2 tbsp. plain greek yogurt, 1 tbsp. buckwheat honey and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder! Tastes really good AND fills me tum tum well!

My usual work breakfast: high fiber maple and brown sugar oatmeal with almond milk, chia seeds, pecans, walnuts, slivered almonds and fresh blueberries. Oj to drink.

I picked up some fresh sandwich sized croissants yesterday so I made 2 scrambled eggs left in one piece, 3 strips of bacon and a slice of cheese in a sandwich, was so flaky good! yumm and I crisped a hash brown patty I think i'm good till dinner

I went back into my oatmeal rut...since I forgot bread and I simply cannot eat eggs without toast. Its a texture thing...so
Oatmeal with sprinkles of: super seeds, cranberries and coconut. And about a 1/4 c of cinnamon spiced apple sauce. It was good but not filling enough. Thankfully, I'm in krispy kreme land today for work. I can get my usual raspberry filled to hold me over til I get home from work. |

I had thick cut bacon, tomato, baked potato, and two pieces of toast one with cinnamon and one with honey.

I had chocolate milk, two organic brown eggs scrambled with almond milk, chia seeds, smoked bacon bits and shredded cheese, a small bowl of fresh fruit (Halo segments and blueberries) and some bacon jerky.

I made breakfast burrito"s, sausage bacon green and red peppers purple and white onions sauteed with scrambled eggs and Jack and Colby cheese and picante all wrapped up

I made eggs with onions, mushrooms, and cheese topped with fresh pico de gallo. Toast with honey, bacon, and potatoes. Orange spice hot tea to drink.

I took my kid to IHOP...specifically because I wanted a pumpkin waffle sundae wicked bad.. but they're out of season...but
She got breakfast. I got a chicken sammich and fries...with a pancake for dessert. I experimented with all the syrups... today I liked butter pecan best.. last time I swear it was strawberry.. |
Warmed up wheat tortilla with butter and honey. Yummy canned (actually in a jar) peach with cottage cheese. Dark roasted coffee with a 'spot' (giggle) of cream.

Not sure if breakfast counts as my pre-workout food or my more relaxed and filling post-workout meal, so here's both.
Pre-workout: one small banana with about 2 TBS of reduced fat peanut butter Post-workout: two small eye of round steaks, a little bit of jasmine rice with slivered almonds and steamed green beans on top and all of it drizzled with a ginger sesame vinaigrette. I had a Halo on the side and a glass of chocolate milk to drink. |
This morning I had frosted flakes an orange then a cup of coffee.

We had homemade sausage gravy over biscuits. We are splurging this week. :)
