What made me smile today...
Waking up to a beautiful sunrise peeking through my kitchen blinds. Getting an early morning text from my sista ~ and missing her as much as she misses all of us. Lunch plans with my momma. Having the office puppy asleep on my feet... he loves me, it's everyone he doesn't like :) |

Going into the little corner store by my job to grab an iced coffee this morning, and hearing Mamma Mia playing over the speaker. And seeing the two workers behind the counter (one in her 60s and the other in her early 20s) lip-syncing it word. for. word. |

I am done with term, sent the latest draft to my professor today. No Classes for the summer, just research off and on. Exhaling is a reason to smile, one step closer to my dream... :sunglass:

seeing my grandparents are safe and well. a tornado ripped thru their neighborhood saturday night. they had minor roof damage, while surrounding houses were completely destroyed.

The alarm on my phone actually went off at 5 AM...been having problems with it.
A fabulous HOT shower... Coffee...coffee...coffee... My cat laying on me before I got up...she isn't a lap-cat so this is very nice indeed. |

it's FRIDAY ~ 'nuff said! a mass text message frenzy of friends trying to all get together to go to the movies tonight. THEN all of us trying to actually pick a movie. Great, now they are trying to decide where to eat, too! |
