The best freakin' salad in the world!!! Of course, my opinion of it might be slightly biased by the fact that my stomach was certain my throat was cut and had already started nibbling on my backbone.

Ok I admit this is strange but tonight a glass of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a perfectly ripe avocado..it was soooooooo delicious almost better than chocolate:hk23:

made myself a 1/3 lb Angus burger with pepper jack cheese, tomato slices, diced onions, mayo, mustard, ketchup on a whole grain thin bun, bite size tortilla chips with queso and salsa, and some fresh jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon. Amber bock beer.yum!

steamed shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning and Adobo Complete Seasoning, along with some steamed brown rice and butter!!! Yummmmm

Pork Tacos with tomatoes, avocado and corn
I seasoned a pork steak with spices and crushed red pepper, turned on the broiler and let it cook.
Diced and sliced everything while I heated up 4 corn tortillas.

What was in the Salad?

Shredded lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, kalamata olives, shredded deli smoked ham, and Caesar Vinaigrette dressing.

It's a good to salad for me that I always enjoy because it's tangy and gets my taste buds wiggling.

I had a similar salad tonight (minus the ham) with a few bites of pickled beets and ground beef in a horseradish Heinz 57 sauce.

Nummy good!
