Tonight's dinner involved cooking a chicken recipe that is new to me and it was delicious. I had a pan seared chicken breast in a mustard cream sauce, brussel sprouts halved then roasted with red grapes, sweet red peppers and pecan halves, and a cucumber-tomato salad.

I generally do not get any enjoyment from food but Happy Family is my favorite food of all time

Last night it was a T bone with 2 eggs cottage cheese and home fries

So tonight I think I will cut up some kielbasa saute it with peppers onions garlic and mushrooms served over some Japanese rice....

Think it is going to be take out here again. Leftovers are gone and I forgot to take something out of the freezer.
