I made a stir-fry of soba noodles and sliced tofu soaked in Japanese teriayki sauce; then added broccoli buds, sweet red pepper, crimini mushrooms, celery and Walla Walla sweet onions, and dressed it lightly with a sweet Chili sauce.

wife made the other night ground beef/pork italian meatballs and served it with our marinara sauce and zucchini slices.

taco soup with warm tortillas fresh from the bakery for dippin :) Tonight, I'm making a big ol' grilled chicken salad with an asian blend salad mix plus almond slivers & mandarin oranges with an orange poppy seed dressing. |

I shared a terrific bbq chicken pizza with my son- in- law who installed my new TV . My daughter, who didn't help, got dry toast.

I really want to make meatloaf and potatoes... but I am out of the meat I need... so it will be fresh ravioli with a vodka tomato sauce and a crusty French baguette. :) I made pie for dessert. Nom.

Can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup with big handful of
grated mild cheddar cheese nuked in it, a few saltines and milk to drink. Cooked it the right amount of time, a strand of hot stretchie cheese just slapped midway up on my nose. It's not good until I get it all over my face. ;) |
Tonight: cocktail weiners w/ no sugar bbq sauce, steamed broccoli, and rosemary/garlic potato wedges.
