I started with chips and salsa, until the salsa started burning.

Then, I switched to a whole wheat tortilla with spicy Southwestern sauce and turkey and shredded cheddar on it, nuked just enough to warm it.

I'm not sure if I'm done yet though.

We have chicken marinating, which will go on the grill later... and then will be chopped up in a salad. We are going to try and replicate the Asian Chicken salad at panera. Then for dessert, a chocolate Pepperidge Farm cake

Broiled sea scallops w/ jasmine rice n raisins w/ fresh steamed asparagus and brown bread w/ honey butter .... Dessert is chocolate cake w/ butter cream frosting it's hys Birthday ...... partyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy in the house !

It's Passover, so I made an herb roasted chicken, matzo kugel, green beans amandine and matzo popovers. Gawd it was delicious:)

Broccoli and salmon tagliatelle with a creamy (fat free) sauce and salad or steamed veggies, depending on my mood by the time I start cooking :)

That's too bad. Maybe it's a regional thing. I had great experiences at Red Robin in WA but the ones I've had here in TX are just okay.

Tonight, I am impatiently waiting on my turkey dogs to boil. In the process of said waitation, I'm consuming a small salad and drinking grape water.
