Pork loin, slightly undercooked then diced and thrown in the pan with diced and sauted mini peppers (red, yellow and orange) and red onion to finish cooking. Light cranberry juice and some Butter Pecan ice cream for dessert.

I'm thinking about making a grilled tuna sandwich and making a cup of soup to go with it.

Went to an Italian religious street festival in Brooklyn with our "scooter chicks" group, had dinner in a family restaurant there with friends: baked eggplant, and spaghetti con aglio, olio and pepperoncini (with garlic, olive oil and hot pepper flakes)! It was divine! Then we rode to a famous Italian bakery for dessert where I had an espresso and a coffee/lemon gelato! Quite the lovely day!

Boneless beef chuck and ice cream. I thought about getting broccoli, but the ice cream was cheaper.

OH EM GEEEEEEE....
I went to Wendy's today for lunch and saw they had some new salads on the menu. I ordered the Apple Pecan Chicken salad. The bomb diggity... grilled chicken apples pecans dried cranberries feta cheese and a pomegranate vinagrette dressing. I think I'm in love.... |
