Some days I can't wait to eat my lunch I made. Today is one of those days.
Salad of cold cooked shrimp, cold steamed asparagus, and a sliced hard boiled egg. Topped with sweet onion dressing. A few crunchy carrots carmel rice cake water Dinner..broccoli cheddar cheese soup! <~~~good lunch/dinner maker :) |

I'm thinking I'll break in the new panini press. I have some left over tomato basil chicken...there is a variety of cheese and veggies I could find in the kitchen that would go well with the chicken.

lunch was tuna salad with lots of celery, onion, green and red pepper in it ...I tend to pick out the crunchy veggie bits and toss the tuna.
I can do that cause I'm too old now to be forced to eat everything on my plate :chocolate: |

Comfort Lunch
Turned ordinary RamenŽ noodles into noodles and dumplings with my own delicious comfort recipe. Little something I put together really fast. Lunch is on, gotta go.

It was more like brunch, but I had a cranberry chicken salad sandwich with 15 grain bread, a handful each of green seedless grapes and cherries plus a big hunk of watermelon and chocolate milk to drink. Yum!

I had vegetable pasta with lean spaghetti, chocolate milk and a Light & Fit Greek Dannon yogurt in Toasted Coconut Vanilla.
A good, healthy lunch after a long workout! |
