Mixed herb salad greens with grilled chicken, apples, cranberries, bleu cheese and pecans in it.

Babyback ribs w/applejuice simmered for 2 1/2 hrs. than switched to a broiled pan and basted with bbq sauce. Potatoe salad ,mac salad , fresh string beans.

Went to the movies we shared popcorn, a hot dog. Had coke zero. Then stopped on way home for burrito supreme from taco bell.

Tonight I think I'll make some ribeyes and green beans.

Dinner tonight will be fish of some sort,im thinking salmon baked on a ceader plank that I soaked in lemon water,a nice salad then some fruit compote for desert.

Well, because i went on facebook and my cousin was ranting after eating nachos at one of my favorite mexican food stands, i will be going to that mexican food stand for said Nachos.

The Prince is on a S'ghetti kick so we are having that with some garlic cheese toast! :)

That ceviche looks good! I love chili verde and Im picky. I make a great chili verde but I add adobo chili(lilbit) too. Very yum.

Ribeye steak, fresh local corn on the cob and a massive fruit salad of watermelon, kiwi, bananas and oranges. :chef2:

Probably pizza leftover from weekend ... Not really all that hungry tonight so nothing sounds grand.

I made asian side salad, chinese chicken with garlic and black bean sauce, and fried rice... there is french vanilla cake for dessert

I made two homemade pizzas. One with olive oil, goat cheese, spinach and cherry tomatoes and another with red sauce and greek olives. I'm not a big fan of pizza but everyone else loved them! :)

Philly Steak salad, iced unsweetened tea and gala apple slices.

Greens, shaved steak, french fries, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, mushroom, cheese on top w/ ranch dressing!
