My roommate coming home from the hospital. Her cat & I missed her dearly.

A great day followed by a wonderful evening

Coming home to a sweet little love letter left for me on the counter and knowing that after 8 years together, we still got it like that. <3

Waking up to an email from her. A surprise phone call from her this morning. Her staying up until I got home from work last night. Knowing she is coming home to me on Saturday.

My Tuesday/Wednesday client....
when I put her to bed, she gives me a big hug and kiss....
I mentioned it today to her close family friend...and she was astounded...
she said her last caregiver was with her for 2 years, and she never hugged or kissed her.... :)

I attended this lecture this evening at PSR. The instant recognition, acceptance and congeniality by another Transman, conversation with this younger guy who before tonight was a stranger to me. I am pretty sure I have made a new friend. This made me smile today.

Knowing that on Saturday I will be waiting for her to arrive home!!! I am so excited to see her!

The temptation of playing hooky from work today. The thoughts were so damn nice

I'm smiling because I came home early from work to finish up for the day and popped the lid on a "Redds Apple Ale". Super Yum!!

When I turned on the A/C in the Honda and it worked.. It's been out for the last four weeks.. Just came back on by the grace of God.. Yeah, I'm a believer! :cheesy:

Getting ready to get on the road to see my girl. Looking forward to us spending the night together. Knowing I will be waking up next to her. Wow I just can't believe we are going to get hours together!!!

The photos on Kitten Wars made me smile today.

Me and WingsOnFire were just being nice and allowed a family of 5 not in a car go ahead of us in line (we were in a car) at Dutch Bros so the kids would be safe. When it was our turn to pull up to the drive up window to order our coffee to our surprise the family had actually paid for both of our coffees. :hangloose:

All the sights and sounds of last night. The smell of horses. The fierceness of the bulls. The leather chaps, the crackling sound of a whip. The cowboy boots and hats. The freshly ironed western shirts. The pretty blinged out jewelry I saw on the women. The country music that played in the back ground. The cold beer on a hot summer night. Even the dust!

Only thing missing was someone to lean on and hold hands!

I got to leave work at 4:00am and get some much needed sleep. Now I'm awake early enough to enjoy this beautiful weather... Not to mention I have today and tomorrow off! Hopefully tonight I will get to spend some time with a pretty cool & beautiful person. :)

being asked by not one but two residents there if I live there, since I am there every day!

getting to leave work 30 minutes early (with pay) :)

Even though my bike is being a pain in the ass.....I leave in 2 days for the west coast! I'll get to hang out with good friends and family for 9 days!

Sunglasses you wear over your regular glasses. I found them at Sam's Club! They actually are stylish. Not like the kind I remember my Grandmother wearing, covering her whole face. :blink: Maybe that was the whole idea (?)

At the family reunion I was rocking a cousin's baby to sleep. (I'm the baby whisperer) One of the great aunts said "You need one of those, and you don't need a man to have a baby"

After 6 weeks of pulling my hair out working on Ms Cinns car. After all this time finally it was decided to straight wire the fuel pump just as I wanted to do 6 freaking weeks ago. I drove it home tg for the little things

I'm the happiest girl in the world to have my car back FINALLLYYYYYYY! :) :)

Hearing people having a ball, laughing and yelling, on the beach everyday.

Seeing the night sky lit up with stars, and the woods lit up with lightening bugs every night.

A brief phone call. :)
