I just got home. Thinking about all the fun I had on vacation this past week. Tarpon fishing in Boca Grande Fla. I didn't catch a tarpon, but I did catch some Grouper. Watching Mr Ray fight his 5 foot, 115 lb tarpon!!! Lucky dawg!! A boat trip to Cabbage Key. My BFF, and all of her family, and especially Sawyer!!!

I feel like something good happened today.

What made me smile today....

While standing in line at Subway, I watched a 3 year old lil' boy play peek-a-boo with an older gentleman in his 70's. Both of their smiles & laughter were infectious!

Then said lil' boy, ordered his own sandwich with all the veggies, and answered questions with please & thank you!

what made me smile today is the sense of relief one has when there is an operable "ignore" button on this site. sigh.

Last night i fell asleep on a video call with my Daddy. At some point the headphones fell off and i just slept on cam.

Now, my kids like to wake up early, and apparently my son came into my room and VERY quietly asked if they could eat the WHOLE jar of peanut butter. Daddy heard this and yelled my sons name. He heard it through the headphones and picked them up and said shyly

"Hello?"
"Son, look at the computer."
Shocked expression
"You may not eat all the peanutbutter."
"But, Mom said...."
"I heard what your mom said, and it was NOT the whole jar."
Defeated look
"Aww man, ok Tuff"
Puts down headphones and stalks off
