Today is the service for Dolo. I've been a nutter for a few days now; bouncing off the walls. My mind is rapidly shifting from one thing to another. I'd write myself a script for a couple of Valium, but I can't drive on that stuff. So, I ask for settling down prayers, light, good wishes. Longing for the place of stillness that I cannot reach right now ...

Thank you. Aunt B is doing well. Her husband went home to rest and eat. That's the best sign of all because that man wouldn't leave her side otherwise. They've been married for about 60 years now. :candle:

As some of you may remember, my father was diagnosed with throat cancer in October. He died last Thursday at home in his bed with his wife of 60 years by his side. He is in a place where there is no pain or sorrow. For my Dad.

Last night, Starbuck took R to the ER at the VA Hospital
She sent me a text and said her fever was up.....again After being looked at by a doc, they admitted her She being treated with intravenous antibiotics This morning R texted me and said that they will keep her a few days They want to make sure the fever doesn't come back I've been feeling sick a couple days and want to visit her, but won't I may have the flu and I don't want to pass it on to her or anyone else I know for certain I have a sinus infection, I always get certain signs when I get them Please continue to pray for R So badly, I want her to beat this cancer she has She has so much to give others.......still |

I just got off the phone with Starbuck and found out she has to have shoulder surgery on Thursday

Asking at this time for all collective energy with posotive light, To come together now and help heal, protect and guide everyone here within the planet and all those they care for. Also to extend beyond this family to those in need of comfort,healing,love,guidance and light. May we all rise above our hardships to be able to help those in need as well. I feel odd asking for help myself, when so many are tackling much harder issues. But I am asking for energy and healing to be sent my way today. I beieve everything can be overcome and healed, which is why I am sharing my issues today. I have been struggling quite a bit lately and need an added boost. What I am dealing with which I really have never announced..All these create many issues not listed but these things I am asking collective healing for: 1.Diverticulosis and Diverticulitis 2.Orthostatic Hypotension which causes Syncope episodes 3.Osteoarthritis 4.Fibromyalgia 5.Going through tests for Lupis..they think I my have. May we all rise above it all..like the PHOENIX! |

My sister wanted a simple service and asked for one song to be played. And, during the slides presented, it was played. A haunting melody. She was not a religious person, but clearly found solace and hope in the harp, the voices, the words. And, I think she found hope, too.
For her, and for anyone who has lost someone: As for me, the grieving comes in spurts now. Thank you all for your kind remembrances. And I thank R and ravfem and Jesse for letting me be a nutter last week as the time neared for the memorial. Blessings to you all. |

No matter how dark , I'll share my light into your dark tunnels. I know that just the fact that we come together in this positive manner can make a difference for someone feeling alone, or ill or for whatever reason, sad.
