Even below our price range, with only a down deposit needed of $1,500 ($500 upfront) and the closing cost can be rolled into the financing..will have to see about cost of appliances being rolled into it as well (needs fridge, washer and dryer) http://www.coldwellbankerprime.com/P.../403_Boyden_St Not so sure on the plaster walls, but they are in pretty decent condition for the most part - and hardwood floors throughout! Attic has stand up room and is accessed from the master bedroom. Totally digging it! |

My best friend Stuartt, calling to ask me if I would make spaghetti and meatballs for him and his wife on friday. It has been a long time since I have cooked for them and ...cant wait to see them!
